[csw-maintainers] Rework of rrdtool

Hi,

I just finished a complete reword of rrdtool including an update to 1.4.4
and splitting the package according to the new library rules among specific
packages for the language bindings. Updated packages are available from
experimental at
  http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/experimental.html#rrdtool

Jürgen: As your packages are the primary users of rrdtool it would be great
if you could test them and update the dependencies after release.
