[csw-maintainers] libtool rearranges linker arguments and puts -L/opt/csw/lib last

One of the main reasons for stying with the Schily makefile system concept 
from 1993 is that it allows to put the knowledge about the various linkers 
inside the make rules and to sty independend from libtool. From my experiences,
libtool is only without pain if you are on Linux.
