[csw-maintainers] new mailing list?

Hi

I do like this proposal, thus thumb up and +1.

It would be a nice information source for maintainers especially if some 
of us produces a FAQ, and it would also be useful for people working on 
internal tools.

Some would want to, even if most would not.

This is a typical situation in which we should consider that the needs 
of the few should be taken in account regarding to the needs of the 
many. Because it could help the few to improve quality of what the 
provide to the many ;)
