[csw-maintainers] libproxy in testing

Hi,

I just build libproxy which can be used by many other packages
for automatic proxy configuration location. Unfortunately it is
written according to C99, which is only compilable on Solaris 10+.
For Solaris 8/9 major code changes and GNULibs substitutes would
be needed. Thoughts?
