[csw-maintainers] Packages with private /opt/csw/foo directory

Wasn't that hard.  Find the dependencies of CSWmysql5rt, find the .so
files inside them, run ldd.  The result is that there are 2 packages
which can't find the mysql library:

CSWphp5mysql
CSWpmdbdmysql

Both are lacking active maintainers, but both are in GAR.  How about
rebuilding them instead?  Is anyone up for it?
