[csw-maintainers] XML processing tools on bare Solaris 10

In order to resolve the problem with cswinitsmf with custom manifests,
XML processing is necessary.  I tried Perl, but the XML::DOM package
is not installed by default.  Are there any in-built XML processing
tools available in CAS on Solaris 10?  (Solaris 9 doesn't have SMF, so
no need for XML processing there.)
