[csw-maintainers] Problems with ftp.df.lth.se mirror

The Swedish mirror has had a major HW-problem and is finally up again
but it seems to be unable to sync from us. This is a manual connection
they did:

klump% rsync rsync.opencsw.org::csw
@ERROR: access denied to csw from ftp.df.lth.se (194.47.250.18)
rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at
main.c(1522) [receiver=3.0.3]

Do we only allow syncing from certain IP-addresses? They have switched
from 194.47.250.22 to .18.
