[csw-maintainers] Help with bug report? (perl issue)

Hi,

I got a bug report today: http://www.opencsw.org/mantis/view.php?id=4446

It seemed like a simple one with mismatch between old/new Perl vs.
modules not compiled with it. Seen a few of those when we went from
5.8.8 to 5.10.1. However, the info he provides doesn't confirm that
suspicion. Looks like he has a well updated system.

Anyone know what to ask for so we can get to the bottom of this?
