[csw-maintainers] i.cswinet install script failing

Which is what I see there now too.  I'm not sure what happened.
Anyway, I've just placed 1.37,REV=2010.06.15 in in
/home/experimental/bwalton on the buildfarm.  Try this one.

If it's good, let us know and Peter can kick 1.38 out.
