When I click on any individual package links like:
	http://www.opencsw.org/packages/CSWa52dec/
Its mostly blank with this error at the top (only visible if your text
size is large enough):
	Invalid query : Table 'CSW.mantis_project_table' doesn't exist
Query used : select id from mantis_project_table where name = 'a52dec'
