[csw-maintainers] Changing the package description for Perl modules

Hi,

I just noticed that the description for the Perl modules is almost
useless as it doesn't contain the module name. I suggest changing
the description for Perl packages to
   <Module::Name> - (existing description)
by changing the Perl category, so a simple rebuild will suffice.
We have the module name anyway available in GAR.

Thoughts?
