[csw-maintainers] gmake extract is failing

You are quite right - fortunately I recorded the correct md5sum in the
release announcement, I'm not sure how this double-gzipped file came to
be on Sourceforge, but it is not the same as what I distributed through
http://ganglia.info/testing/

The nested gzip file does have the correct md5sum though, so I will put
that up on Sourceforge again

Does Sourceforge try to compress things on the fly or something and
could that lead to a problem like this?
