[csw-maintainers] Completely drop Solaris8?

I haven't seen any -1's for that and again, I say YES!  I also think
Roger's suggestion of announcing a cut-off date for 9 _now_ is great.
(Personally, I'd be ok with dropping 9 now too, but that's based
solely on not having it deployed here at all.)
