One thing I'm wondering is if the non-pure-perl packages built on 
build8st/build8xt is really ready for release since build8st/build8xt 
have many packages with older versions than on build8s/build8x.
In some cases, packages installed on build8s/8x isn't installed on 
8st/8xt which might give resulting packages without functionality which 
the current package has if the maintainer (new maintainer) hasn't been 
keeping a extra watchful eye on the build output.
