[csw-maintainers] tcl/tk 8.5.8 and expect 5.43

I have built and installed tcl/tk 8.5.8 and expect 5.43 on 
testing9s/9x/10x and would appreciate if those of you who know that you 
are using packages which use tcl/tk or expect, could test them to verify 
that they are working properly.
