[csw-maintainers] Two versions of the alternatives package in the package directory

not really.
they're currently kinda like .. erm.. woodshavings :)
the important thing is that the older one is not in the catalog.

my normal mechanisms are gated by chkpkg. which dont like the new format.
so I'm doing a bit uglier pushes for now.
the more manual pushes, dont delete older files.
