[csw-maintainers] gar makepatch support

I'm trying to update cswclassutils:

 ==> Snapshotting extracted source tree with git
/bin/sh: work/solaris9-i386/build-isa-i386/cswclassutils-1.37: does not exist

I manually create that dir just to see what happens:
