The following files are already installed on the system and are being
used by another package:
* /opt/csw/apache2/etc/extra/httpd-mpm.conf
* /opt/csw/apache2/etc/extra/httpd-ssl.conf

Saying no means httpd.prefork isn't delivered.

2. It restarted in prefork mode although previously run as worker.
