[csw-maintainers] Automatically excluding .pyc files

I adjusted the _PYCOMPILE_FILES path from /opt/csw/lib/python/ to
.../python2.6 the other day as that is where new files are going.
This value is used to exclude the .pyc files.  I guess we need to
extend this value, not replace it?
