[csw-maintainers] state of cswclassutils scripts?

Ummm...because they modify the files (and thus functionality)
delivered.  A GAR change would mean (in the sense I'm using) a change
to the packaging recipe.

Basically, you committed changes to the files that are newer than our
released package.  Have these changes been tested?  Are they ready for
a release?
