[csw-maintainers] FYI: Project linkage from experimental currently broken

Hi,

it looks like wikidot changed the XML::RPC API for their wiki which
I rely on for project linking from the alternatives page:
   http://www.wikidot.com/doc:api
The information I need is no longer accessible (at least not with
the current published API), so the linking is basically inactive
until I found out how to circumvent this.
