Fine with me.  I just think the two fields should be consistent.  And
future meta-data additions should be consistent with these two.

I don't know why you don't like CreationDate: (and I don't really
care).  I find it nicer to look at personally, but that's not the
point.  Lets remove the current 'this catalog generated on...' and
set:

# CREATIONDATE 2011-04-21T20:10:46Z

Good?
