[csw-maintainers] Problem with neon rebuild

I updated all build reciped in one large swoop. Updated packages are
available at
  http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/experimental.html#libneon

If anybody has some time to test: please test them as soon as possible
as the current ones are broken. I have installed them on testing* and
they look good to me.
