[csw-maintainers] GCC 4.6 progress

I need Rafael's name added to the pkgdb...and I need to better handle
the missing name situation in the integration tools:

This was happening after we cleaned out old versions and then started
registering new and updated packages.

Will gcc4java4rt and gcc4objcrt be obsoleted?
