[csw-maintainers] list etiquette

Hi All,

I've had a few requests to speak to other maintainers about language
and/or tone used during discussions we've had over the past few weeks.
I think that you're all of sound mind and therefore do not need me to
tell you what to do or how to behave.

What I will do instead is try to set an example.  I would like a list
where people feel free to voice dissenting opinions without being
ridiculed.  I would like a list where ideas are attacked, not
individuals.

It's incredibly easy to run astray of the above principles in a heated
discussion.  I personally delete many draft messages...
