[csw-maintainers] FYI: Email notify hook added for opencsw.svn.sf.net

Hi,

to increase visibility for what's going on in the project, I've just
added an email notification hook for our OpenCSW repository - similar to
what we already have in place for our GAR repository [1,2].

Notifications are expected to be relatively low in volume and are also
sent to: devel at lists.opencsw.org.
