[csw-maintainers] OpenCSW visibility

Hi All,

We've just discussed a few ideas for increasing the visibility of
OpenCSW (google rankings, etc).  One thing that came up is that we're
not methodically attempting to have upstream projects link to their
package pages in our site.  Most projects will do this and some
already are, but we think it's important to both a) contact upstream
for packages you already look after and b) make this a part of your
work flow as you package new things.
