[csw-maintainers] gar problem on "gmake clean platforms" ? only the sparc package ends up in "pkgs"

i then logged into current9x and did a "gmake clean package". it got
an error from checkpackage: surplus dependency on cswclassutils.

then i deleted the "work directory, and did a "gmake clean package" on
current9s, and current9x. no error any more. strange.
