Updates:

I did more testing of the catalog generation, and fixed a bug which
was causing the 5.11 catalog to be not generated.  The bug caused the
big catalog update emails everyone got last night and this morning.

I'm currently running the integration from unstable to dublin. You
will probably get the email notification later today, about the
updated packages.
