[csw-maintainers] where is graphviz-2.28 ?

If I'm being impatient, then I'm sorry, but I don't seem to be able to 
get graphviz-2.28 from the openCSW mirrors yet.  Is there some problem?

Also, I'm wondering why the catalog at 
http://www.opencsw.org/get-it/packages/  still shows a few 2.26.3 packages?

These are no-arch packages, and they possibly haven't changed since 
2.26.3, but they are provided from the latest 2.28.0 sources so I think 
they should be updated.
