[csw-maintainers] time to deprecate CSWmozilla

A week has now passed.

I took a look at nspr today.  /opt/csw/share/aclocal/nspr.m4 from
nspr_dev conflicts not only with CSWmozilla, but also with CSWsunbird.

Do we drop both CSWmozilla and CSWsunbird?
