[csw-maintainers] Going ahead with package splits

Hi,

to go ahead with massive rebuild it would be good to start at
the bottom, which would be
 gettext
 iconv

Sebastian, Ben: As this has almost been done it would be really
cool if you could release the package at least to "unstable" if not
to "current".
