When we'll introduce GARBRANCH to the build recipes, I could easily add
support for an optional revision specifier too, e.g.
GARBRANCH = v2 at 9999
mgar would then take care to checkout the required GAR revision to
.buildsys/v2 at 9999 and use this instead of plain v2.
