[csw-maintainers] apache2 update available for tire kicking

Hi All,

The apache2 update is both a version bump and a dependency alteration
to make it pkg-get upgrade compatible.  If you have a chance, please
give it a try.

I scaled back all attempts to move it out of
/opt/csw/apache2/{var,etc} for this as I wanted to focus on the
pkg-get problem first.  I also have some renames to take care of but
I'm leaving all but -dev for now.
