[csw-maintainers] gnulib use

Hi All,

If you know of any packages that are using gnulib, the gnulib project
is looking to record this.  You can either send the name to me and
I'll proxy it for you or you can send a patch to them directly.  The
git checkout contains a file called users.txt which is where the
change would go.

I'm going to submit tmpwatch and cvsps.
