[csw-maintainers] http in /etc/services?

Hi All,

I found a test failure tonight that is triggered because http isn't
registered in /etc/services.  I can ignore this failure, but I'm
curious if anyone know why it isn't listed.  Is there possibly a neat
historical artifact/story hiding here?
