[csw-maintainers] Addition to the QA pages...

Hi All,

I've made a test change to the QA pages on our site such that you can
easily jump out to the pkgdb stats pages for a package.

You can see the change on the mockup zone here:
http://www-mockup.opencsw.org/qa/package/git/

Note the 'View build history and stats' link.  (Alternate title
welcomed.)

If this is ok, I'll push to live.
