[csw-maintainers] What happened to ibiblio.org?

I went to update my catalog and get the error:

Connecting to ibiblio.org|152.19.134.40|:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found
2011-11-14 09:52:46 ERROR 404: Not Found.

Sure enough, everything under

    http://ibiblio.org/pub/packages/solaris/opencsw/

is missing.  It is an empty directory.  Has this mirror been removed from
service?
