[csw-maintainers] bugs.opencsw.org now with URL shortcuts

Hi,

to facilitate looking up bug information, I've just added two URL redirects
for the bugs.opencsw.org vhost:

    Lookup via ID:      http://bugs.opencsw.org/id/1234 
    Lookup via login:   http://bugs.opencsw.org/m(aintainer)?/skayser

There's a third one in the pipeline

    Lookup via pkg:     http://bugs.opencsw.org/p(ackage)?/xterm

This one needs more work as it requires access to the Mantis DB from
Apache to figure out the package id which used in the Mantis URLs. Let
me know what you think and if you want more of them.
