Having to look at an older version of a catalog is rather an
exceptional usage.  For that, a separate space on mirror.opencsw.org,
not propagated to other mirrors, should be enough.

I wouldn't plan any.  Snapshots don't play any role in the release
process, because they've been replaced by named releases.
