[csw-maintainers] key signing delegation

Hi All,

I think we need to consider adding at least one more person with the
rights to the gpg key.  At the current time, both Maciej and Ihsan are
indisposed...the pass phrase has expired and the catalog is not being
signed.

Does anyone object to giving the passphrase to a third person?  If
not, is anyone willing to take on the responsibility?
