[csw-maintainers] catalog signing

Hi All,

Does anyone object if I step in and re-instate the gpg agent's key
while Maciej and Ihsan are indisposed?  The policy indicates that the
key was to be held by Treasurer and Secretary, so I've not touched it.
Our catalogs are unsigned at the moment though and it doesn't look
like it will be re-instated until the camp.

If nobody objects, I can intervene for the time being...
