You would need to define what do you need to call it a build farm.

- want to build a package? You need to set up GAR.
- want to contribute to the OpenCSW repository? You need to check out
the recipes.
- want to check your packages for errors? You need to create a shared database.
- want to be able to run 'mgar platforms'? You need do additional
setup that Dago knows about.
- want to automatically sign catalogs? You need to set up Ben's
catalog signing daemon.

There's probably more.
