[csw-maintainers] Some ideas about forthcoming camps

Hi folks,

in the past we had a lot of cool camps at maintainer locations. To attract more
maintainers to come to the camps I just got the idea of combining the camp with
some other larger-scale event like FOSDEM in Brussel or CCCC in Hamburg and
either pre- or postpend some extra days exclusively for OpenCSW. We could also
do this from time to time as events see fit.
