[csw-maintainers] Reorganizing the webpage

Hi folks,

I just an email from someone I recommended OpenCSW to and got the response that
OpenCSW looks dead when reading the news section at
  http://www.opencsw.org/category/recent-updates/
It is really time to move the mockup feed to the main site.
