[csw-maintainers] netpbm: development package issues

I'm directing this here because libnetpbm10 and libnetpbm_dev are not
available in Mantis...

The development package doesn't contain the /opt/csw/lib/libnetpbm.so
component which blocks linking in a standard way when building a dependent
binary.

Please, can we have the 2 packages added to Mantis and include the above
mentioned component to the corresponding development package.

BTW, a full verification of Mantis must be a good thing to do periodically.
