[csw-maintainers] GCC-4.7 on the buildfarm

I've pushed GCC-4.7 to unstable some time ago. What do people think of
installing 4.7 on the buildfarm and bumping GAR settings to use it?

We'd also need to make the GCC version variable, e.g. dublin build hosts
would use 4.6 and unstable hosts would use 4.7.
