[csw-maintainers] openssl relinking effort

Hi Ben,
That's a really good idea !
However relinking all the packages can take some times (hey there are still
3 packages linked with openssl 0.9.7), maybe it might be more efficient to
focus first on the ones that really cause some problems.
Until now, I only know about libneon (which explicitely checks for ssl
version mismatch):

I suppose we should look first for every package linked with openssl which
depend on a library also linked with openssl.
Can we easily extract that information from the database ?
