[csw-maintainers] request to review ps2eps recipe

I have a strange issue with the license definition for this recipe:

- the WORKSRC must be redefined as the extracted source tree doesn't have
a canonical name

- the LICENSE is defined as LICENSE.txt which is in the source tree root

However, the process ends with the following message:

*** Cannot find license file for package CSWps2eps

Tried to debug but to no avail... If someone can review the recipe and
hopefully find the root cause of the issue.
