[csw-maintainers] Changes to squid recipe

Hi Juraj,

I made some enhancements to the squid recipe in a private branch:

It takes out some patches no longer needed in the bumped .20, adds kerberos and fixed
a 64 bit issue. Would you mind integrating the changes into trunk and release a new package
or should I just push it?
